The Tabata training method was developed by Dr. Izumi Tabata at the National Institute of Health and Food of Tokyo in Japan. It is a type of very effective training, based on scientific criteria capable of producing a substantial weight loss and very fast muscle development . To reach this result Tabata Training program is based on : alternating 20 seconds at 10-second pause, for 8 sequences of one exercise . The intensity of physical work allows to achieve the results in a short time; the constant-intensity exercises burn only during training, high-intensity ones consume calories even after your workout caused by the boomerang effect. The training will be more fun with Matilde’s Braids and the Medibow.
